Global notional cap

Maximum aggregate exposure the system will accept across all PMs.

Venue health detection

If the underlying venue stops updating or becomes erratic, Multiply restricts new positions.

Spread / depth shock limits

If spreads or depth moves outside safe ranges, all new entry requests are rejected until conditions stabilize.
