# Global Limits and Circuit Breakers

Protocol-wide controls beyond user-level and market-level limits.

#### **Global notional cap**

#### **Venue health detection**

<mark style="color:$info;">If the underlying venue stops updating or becomes erratic, Multiply restricts new positions.</mark>

#### **Spread / depth shock limits**
